Mariah Dudley is the dedicated Director of Victory Christian Academy, bringing over 15 years of experience in childcare and education to the role. Her journey in the field began as the Nursery Director at New Covenant Fellowship in Austin, where she laid the foundation for her passion for nurturing young minds. Following that, she spent six impactful years with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County, where she contributed significantly to the development of children's programs and services.

Mariah's experience also includes five years as a classroom teacher in both Lancaster ISD and Life Schools of Dallas, where she honed her skills in creating engaging learning environments. Throughout her career, she has been committed to fostering a love for learning in her students, helping them grow in their faith and character.

A proud graduate of Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas, Mariah is a certified EC-6th grade teacher and holds an ESL certification. Originally from Waco, Texas, she now resides in the DFW area with her loving husband, Victor, their son Reece, daughter Jordan, and their playful miniature schnauzer, Rowdy.

In her free time, Mariah enjoys reading and cheering on her children at their sports games. Her passion for education, combined with her commitment to instilling values of faith and community in children, makes her an inspiring leader at VCA.
